Founded in 1979 by 8th Dan Korean Grandmaster Sung Su Kim, the Australian Hapkido Association (AHA) is one of the Top Martial Arts organisations in Australia. It is a professional association grouping 20 of the leading Hapkido Clubs nationwide, it is led by 10 high level Hapkido Masters and has thousands of Hapkido trainees (adults, teenagers and kids), from 7th degree Black belts all the way to White belts.
As the Exclusive AHA Representative in Singapore, by training with us you automatically become a recognised member of the AHA. This means:
Australian Hapkido Association
You will be trained following the precise and detailed AHA Hapkido Belt Syllabus (from White to Black Belt)
You will be assessed and graded following the AHA belt-grading high standards, expectations, rules and processes
Belt Certificates are issued by the AHA: you will be getting a Belt Certificate that is from Australia
You will receive your own, unique AHA Membership Number, and will be on the official database of AHA Members
If you visit Australia for vacation or work, you can train at any of the AHA clubs there, and you can attend the Annual AHA Camp & other events
